These farm fresh popcorn kernels are grown and packaged by the Biver family on their farm in St. Clair County, Illinois. The Biver family has been farming for five generations. Through the years they have been grain farmers, dairy farmers, and hay producers, to name a few, each generation finding their niche. In 2019, along with their five children, they decided to try popcorn farming to create a new business that they could all work on and build together. As a family of seven, the name “Seven Forks Farm” comes from their cherished time gathered around the dinner table, and the seven forks used to enjoy those meals.
