Mugs for Meals 2021 & 2022 Happy Holidays from Chicago Mug

Mugs for Meals 2021 & 2022 Happy Holidays from Chicago Mug

Neighborly

Each 'Mugs for Meals' mug buys 18 meals for Chicagoans in need. Every year we select an artist to design a Chicago-themed mug for the holiday season. We donate all the profits from the mugs to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The 2021 (re-issued for 2022) mug reimagines the vintage "Greetings From" postcard design and pairs it with iconic scenes from around the city during the holiday season - Christkindl Market, Macy's windows, sledding hill, snow covered bungalows, Millennium Park ice skating, Santa's El train, and the Art Institute lion donning his wreath.

This design was generously donated by Chicago-based designer Steve Shanabruch of The Chicago Neighborhoods. You'll likely recognize his WPA style neighborhood prints that have been a mainstay at Neighborly for many years.

The mug is imported and printed in the Midwest with lead-free inks. Hand wash recommended for a long life, but it is dishwasher safe.

Sending a gift? Pair the mug with tea, coffee, or hot cocoa and marshmallows to add a little something extra.
