Covid-19 Updates from Neighborly
To keep our community safe during the onset of the-virus-that-shall-not-be-named Face masks are still required while in store, and we have a maximum occupancy of 10 people at Division St and 8 people at Lincoln Ave. We appreciate your flexibility as we try to do what's best to keep ourselves and the shop safe. We will provide updates of any additional hours here at soon as we have them!
If you'd like to be the only one in the shop, except our staff, while you shop please reach out to us to schedule a private shopping appointment outside of our retail hours.
If you'd rather stay at home, please shop online! We're offering contactless pickup during the hours listed above.
If for some reason we cannot ship your order in a timely manner, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund.
Other ways to help...
If you'd like to help our little business through this unprecedented time, please consider purchasing a gift card to use once things calm down (they do not expire). We are also offering mystery gift boxes that support our staff. Or you can sponsor a care package to be delivered to a healthcare worker or first responder.
Regarding re-opening...
Please reference this webpage for any further updates before you come to visit us. We will continue to follow the recommendations of state and local officials and will make every effort to support our customers, staff, and community as we all navigate together through this strange time.
If anything changes, we will update our website, social media, and email lists as quickly as possible.
Our workshops are postponed until further notice. We no longer accept Happy Returns.
We appreciate your patience as we try to balance the business that is our livelihoods with what's best for our community at large.
Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
