Covid-19 Updates from Neighborly

To keep our community safe during the onset of the-virus-that-shall-not-be-named, Neighborly's storefront is currently closed until April 8th. In the mean time, please shop online! We're offering free domestic shipping for orders over $15. Just select "Free Shipping" during checkout. As long as the US Postal Service and UPS drop-off sites remain open, we will continue to ship orders ever other day.

If for some reason we cannot ship your order in a timely manner, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund.

Gift Card: If you'd like to help our little business through this unprecedented time, please consider purchasing a gift card to use once things calm down.

Local Chicago Customers...
Since our store is an environment where customers can maintain a 6' space between each other, we expect to reopen when the "Stay at home" order in Illinois is lifted, currently scheduled for April 30th. Upon re-opening, we will be displaying pricing and information on signage and on the fronts of products to encourage browsing with eyes only, will provide gloves for flipping through our artwork, and will maintain a contactless checkout. We also anticipate resuming curbside pickup and free local delivery for online orders when the stay at home order is lifted, and will offer those options for the foreseeable future.

Please reference this webpage for any further updates before you come to visit us. We will continue to follow the recommendations of state and local officials and will make every effort to support our customers, staff, and community as we all navigate together through this strange time.

If anything changes, we will update our website, social media, and email lists as quickly as possible.

Our workshops in the month of March and April are postponed and any changes will be communicated directly to those who have purchased workshops - we are also exploring the idea of offering workshops virtually - stay tuned!

We appreciate your patience as we try to balance the business that is our livelihoods with what's best for our community at large.

Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
